Zwelithini “Z” Tunyiswa
Zweli is an experienced healthcare executive with 16 years of experience, ranging from PM&R, Pain Management, Pharmacy, and Wound Care. He has been in the long-term care space since 2011. His expertise is bringing sustainable growth to practices through innovation, iteration, and integration. He attended the Atlantic College in the United Kingdom, the International Christian University in Japan, and the University of Pennsylvania. Zweli enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, traveling, rugby, coding in Python, and studying esoteric theories on risk, probability, history, and philosophy.
Anthony Fardella
Anthony is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 15 years experience with the majority of that time servicing the post-acute space. His expertise is delivering scalable growth to practices through strategy, data analytics, recruitment, and marketing. Anthony also possesses an in-depth knowledge of business and healthcare. Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and son, traveling, and coaching several sports in his spare time.
Mark Hunt
Mark has a strong background in post-acute services with a particularly deep network in the skilled nursing/AL chains, provider practices, ancillary related companies and value-based payment organizations (ACO, ISNP). Most recently at national accounting firm in 2018. As a Principal in the senior living practice, he provided strategic consulting and business development services to a range of companies in the market. In 2010, Mr. Hunt formed his own consulting firm a healthcare management and development consulting practice. The firm provided operational management/consulting and business development services to various clients throughout the post-acute sector specializing in medical practices, provider services, skilled nursing management, value-based payment organizations and ancillary related services.
From 2001-2009, Mr. Hunt joined a national SNF operator as EVP of Operations over 120 SNFs. Mr Hunt developed the Company’s ancillary business strategy and oversight. Along with other accomplishments, developed and operated one of the first national Nurse Practitioner organizations specializing in post-acute services. In addition, Mr Hunt developed a national rehabilitation company. He received a Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Kentucky, a Masters of Public Health from the University of South Florida and is a PhD candidate in Health Administration from the University of South Carolina.
